Is there a new vibration motor or does it feel the same like Fenix 6? For me it felt a little bit cheap compared to other watches and I dont link if I "hear" the vibration instead of just feeling it. Thank you for your answers!

hope garmin can add more vibration strength options for us to select like vivoactive3
its a little bit different, but you can defenitely feel it earlier than hear it. Theres also a new mid intensity vibration for haptic feedback. I have nothing to complain
Vivoactive has variable vibration. It was surprise for me that f7 does not have.

I find the vibrating alerts from 7X weaker than 6x pro. Where did you find the setting for haptic feedback? I have only on or off options.
I didnt find that either. I was just refering to the given intensity of that haptic feedback.
I own the 7s and I think the vibration is weaker for sure.
But what bother me much more is that sound is much quieter too, plus the alert tone sounds hollow somehow compared to my 6s Pro. Another disappointing thing. To me a loud sound and good vibration is important during sports and for alarm waking up.
Interesting many find the vibration weaker, I have the Epix and had noticed that the vibration felt much stronger than my Fenix 6X. Maybe the smaller watch might be affecting the feel for me, but mine is definitely an improvement.
Perhaps a little bit weaker this time around. My 6 X is more ”intense”
No problems feeling it thou! Still wakes me up in the morning…

I definitely find it weak. This is my first Garmin and I had a Fitbit Charge prior to this watch. I’m having trouble noticing alerts and I’m missing important texts.
I really hope Garmin can fix this through a software update. Otherwise I might have to return it

I suspect that's what you will have to do sadly. They've not added variable vibration to any Outdoor watches AFAIK in the past. While that's no guarantee they won't in the future it's likely not on their list of priorities.
If you have not already done so, submit your request to Garmin through their Ideas link - search Garmin Ideas.
Do you know if this is a hardware issue or if this is something they can fix with software updates?
