Varía vision not working with Fenix 7x

After upgrading from Fenix 6x to 7x, my Garmin Varia Vision is not working. It connects to Fenix 7x but, just after the connection, it restarts and it keeps on doing it every time the watch connects.

The Varia Vision remains compatible with some prior generation watches before it was discontinued but it is not compatible with the current generation. IE: Fenix 7/Epix 2/MARQ…

Still the same, waiting. I have a ticket open and a long discussion on the EPIX forum. Lets see whats happen in the next firmware release.

Same problem here with EPIX. I did everything possible and it failed. Please, if you find the solution, put it here and I will share it on the EPIX forum. I will do the same as soon as Garmin answer to my ticket. In addition, lets make some noise on others so we get noticed.

I opened a ticket two months ago, just after reporting here, but no news at all.

The engineer told me he could reproduce the error (it is pretty simple), but no further response.

I just tried it, same reboots. I deleted from the watch, re add it and nothing. Remote screen does not work.

Has anyone got it to work with the Fenix 7 yet or is there any tentative timeline for an update? I imported one from UK to India and was extremely disappointed to learn that Fenix 7 is not supported

The Varia Vision remains compatible with some prior generation watches before it was discontinued but it is not compatible with the current generation. IE: Fenix 7/Epix 2/MARQ (Gen 2) series. The Varia Vision software will no longer be updated.

My Varia RTL515 is working okay-ish. Rear view, upcoming traffic, is displayed properly. Only issue is that i can't do individual setting for the light. If I configure it to use a certain mode then the light is always off. I have to set the light with it's own pushbutton to the desired mode. Then it's okay.

Not sure what varia vision is..... google returns no answer.
