Is Fenix 7X way too big for wrist size 6.4"?

Hello Fenix, 7X owners,

I have been using Fenix 6 Pro (non-solar version) for the last couple of years and comfortable in wearing it. My wrist size is 6.4 inches.

Even though Epix 2 is same size of Fenix 6 Pro but with AMOLED display, I am looking to see if I can grab the 7X instead.

I am not worried about how others see it and I am worrying about whether the 7X is big for my wrist and unstable while during workouts due to long lug size or not.

Any thoughts and/or advice please?

My wrist is 6.5", been using the 6X for years and love it. I don't feel like it's too big. But of course, everything is subjective.

6X and 7X I believe are identical dimensions.

6.5" wrist. Went from a f6 sapphire to a f6X Solar. First day it seemed so big. Now when I wear my f6, it looks puny.

The only time I noticed when running was moving from a 945 (very light) to a 6X for running. After initial run, I don't notice it.

Yep! Running outside or on treadmill is perfectly comfortable.

Sometimes, depending on the strap I've chosen to wear that day, I might tighten it a tad just to make sure it doesn't move around too much, but otherwise I don't even notice it's there. Some people complain about the weight, but honestly you get used to it and don't notice it anymore after a day or two - and at 61g, it's really not that much heavier than the 7S or 7, which are 42 and 50g (published weights of the sapphire versions of each)

What's the width of your wrist?? I see little value in the diameter. Mine is 6.5cm in width where my watch would sit. Thx

I also have 6.5" wrist and about 6.5 cm width.. Used to wear Fenix Chronos (which is 49 mm) and could not go smaller (to regular Fenix 7 - 47mm). So I went with 7X. So far I have not received it, hoping it will be just fine..

Please keep us posted and if you could take a few photos of the 7X on your wrist when you receive it that'd be great. I ordered the Epix 2 but I'm able to switch for the 7X if I want.
