Blue or black backlight?

So lets get this going. ;) What kind of display/backlight does your F7 have? Nice and black or with a bluish tint (showing black color on the display, with backlight on)?

I'm actually thinking about waiting till its on Amazon to be able to sent it back if its blue. My F5 always had the blue light and I thought its normal, then I got my F6 and I was surprised how nice it looked in black and that this is an upgrade. But I was just "lucky" because other models from the F6 series came with different versions.

All on 5% light, Watchface: Sundance

But only if you like the burn-in features of Garmin-OLEDs :-)

Can't complain with my Venu 2(previously Venu) but i guess that i'm not using it long enough to see any problem.

(i'm using only Garmin watchfaces as there are many nice ones on the Venu 2 and they have everything that i need).

+ if anything happen due to AOD usage i'm expecting a replacement from Garmin without too much problems.

What burn-in feature? Some Venu’s had burn in and that’s not a reflection that all garmin OLEDs have it. Heck I’ve had problems with Fenix’s in the past but Garmin has stood behind their product.

I just got a 7s and before had a 6s Pro, luckily with good backlight. Black contrast. But compared to the 7s the 6s Pro had a light yellowish black display. The 7s seems crisper and even more like blackish and with a colder white. Seems of higher quality and looks better, again, even though I had good black 6S Pro display.

Is the functional watch face size the same on both the 6S and 7S? I have a 6S Pro and am thinking, if I upgrade now, to move to the 7 or Epix2, for the larger screen size. The 6S does fit my wrist perfectly, though.

Ah yes, the "gradually more always-on" feature!

I kid... nobody knows yet if burn-in might be an issue or not. Garmin recommends not using always-on mode to help avoid it (which is unfortunately a dealbreaker for me)

Sundance, probably not ported for the F7 yet, but from the Promo photos the stock watch face should be able to do something similar.

All black so far, nice.
