Where to buy in the US?

Anyone having luck finding online retailers that have the Garmin 7 series available? Particularly the 7X Sapphire Solar? For the 7X, the only one I've found was Best Buy, but they already sold out earlier today. Garmin.com has the 7X Saph Solar in Black shipping in 1-3 days, but the other 7X Saph Solar's are all at 5-8 weeks.

Local REI says no. Told me to check back in a month, at least.

Makes me glad I didn't wait for REI (which was my original plan), and ordered from Garmin online last night instead. Already got my shipping confirmation this morning, should be here thursday! (estimated processing time for the model I ordered was 1-3 days, but really it only took about 8 hours)

I did find that Amazon has the 7X Saph Solar in both Carbon Gray and Black in stock. Just ordered Carbon Gray and it says it'll deliver this weekend. The 7X in Mineral Blue/White is out of stock. There is some availability on the 7 and 7S as well.

The seller on these is Amazon themselves. There are some available from some scammy looking sellers on Amazon that I ignored.

In Garmins website 7X Sapphire Solar in Grey is 1-3 days to ship.

Yep, and that's the only Fenix left with a 1-3 day lead, every other one has a longer wait now. Glad I jumped on it early! (even though the one I bought happens to be the one that isn't sold out yet, haha)

Excellent recommendation - I would not suggest anyone buy any expensive electronics from Amazon unless it says "sold & fulfilled by amazon"

Exactly! Yesterday working through the night I just decided to see if Garmin has anything on the website yet and was very surprised to see them available for purchase already.

And now even 6x Sapphire Carbon gray is 5-8 weeks!

So it sounds like Garmin sold their entire inventory of Fenix 7 watches in the first 24 hours. Pretty crazy.

Every single model now says 5-8 weeks, except 7X Sapphire Black, which is 1-2 weeks.
