Do you all have this type of delay of the data fields Pace and Speed in the Run activity? Watch the movie to see the difference between the Run activity compared to the Bike activity.

No fix yet. But if you have 3D Speed and 3D Distance enabled you can try to disable them. It made the delays shorter for me. But you will loose distance if you run on tracks with much elevation changes. I think that you also should register a support case to Garmin about it. To give them more feedback of the problem.
