Virtual Climb Badges

Question

OK, I'm asking this question again, hoping for bullet point answers, as I'm about to set out for these ones soon. 
 These badges are virtual, which to me means "indoors" - correct? 
 These badges can be earned using stairwells indoors, correct? 
 I have a Fenix 5S, which setting should I pick to record this properly? 
 I can go up and down the stairs (leave watch running) until I reach the desired gain for the badge I'm seeking, correct?

 You should select the "Floor climbing" activity. I'm not sure if the F5 has one. If not, then record the activity as "Other", and then after uploading the activity to Garmin Connect, change its type to "Floor climbing" and set the floor count manually (which means you have to count the floors somehow during activity).
