Maybe you could add some extra informations instead of going directly with your unnecessary war.
Is it happening every night? Is it a special situation? Something that you did differently?
Do you have…
And how do you explain that the watch was off your wrist from 04:00 - 05:00 , when you say you were asleep?
Again, do you have the updated software? Is it a one time issue or is it happening every day(night)?
Outdated software(i'm talking about software used before the release of the watch) can have a lot of weird bugs because they are not stable versions.
If your watch is new it could still happen that you got one of those that were produced before 2020.
If your watch is not new or if the issue started to appear recently then maybe something got corrupted. Try a soft reset(keep the top left button pressed until the watch doesn't turn off) or try a hard reset and see if it fixes the problems. Contacting Garmin should still be the best way as we(users) can try to help with known issues and yours is not something that happens frequently.

Wow...it's really difficult to get more than one answer per post eh?
Is it happening every night or did it happen only once? Do you have the sleep recorded on the watch?
Maybe your cat took the watch and it moved all the night but had a higher HRV than yours.
It only happened yesterday but we'll see in the coming nights.
