Hey, I did couple of VO2 interval sessions in the last few days, and in both of them the pace change was veeeery slow. Like 30 seconds to adjust from 6:55 to 4:30 per km. The other way around the same issue. Anyone with the similar observations?

Thank you for all the testing you have done. One think I forgot to mention and your testing reminded me about, is that the changes from and to standing/walking were more responsive, and what I have described was more pronounced when I was changing paces from WU to WORK and the other way around.
One question though. Why you are using SatIQ and not multi band by default?

I am testing the automatic calibration of the HRM-Pro (which is not very good, just like Stryd's): about 2-3% off. So I am changing the satellite options to see whether it gets me better automatic calibration (it doesn't). Normally i just use GPS.
Yeah, I’ve noticed that too during interval sessions — the adjustment feels delayed, especially when trying to hit faster splits quickly. It kind of reminds me of how gradually ramps up speed — smooth but not instant. Maybe it’s a sensor lag or just GPS catching up?
