What is the issue you are experiencing? Do you see the heart rate or is it wrong or do you only see your heart rate intermittently? Is it the wrist heart rate or from an chest strap? Is it in an activity or is it the all day heart rate?
Screenshots or a movie that shows the issue is usually very helpful.
Optical HR is poor when working out so use an external chest strap. If it's during normal daily activity then check you have the watch tight enough and push it a little further up the wrist.
