"Dive Network & Air Integration" option does not show up in Mk3i

Not sure where to ask this question so I will do it here. It's pretty weird, but my Mk3i is apparently setup as an Mk3 and does not have the option "Dive Network & Air Integration". I bought a transmitter T2 and I have no way to pair it because the watch simply does not even have the option to do so. Is there anyway to re-install the Mk3i software and override Mk3?

Yeah, they said replacement as well, I guess I will have to wait a month and meantime just use it without the transmitter..

Curious but what does it say on the underside of the watch beneath the HR sensor?

Mk3i or Mk3 ?

I am very far away from my home country on a dive cruise and hoping to make some use of the transmitter. It says Mk3i on the backside.

What firmware version you on?

So this menu is missing?

Maybe you can try pairing it using the standard sensor accessory menu, the Dive Integration menu may then appear ?

And Garmin Connect app also recognize it as MK3i??

Hmm, good point, if it shows as an Mk3i in Garmin Connect then something weird is going on with it

Yep, that would be my suggestion also.as it's a sensor.. also going there there's SubWave Devices which has Transmitters and pretty equal what the Dive one has.. Maybe they have just moved that and the latter just comes visible after you have paired or something.

Thanks, I tried it via other sensors but still doesn't work. Dive Network menu is still missing in any case. My firmware version is 19.50

You didn't answer how Garmin Connect or Garmin Dive app recognize your watch.

In 19.50 firmware Air integration is still in the same place.

My internet connection is almost non-existent right now. Both apps start as recognizing it as Mk3i (when I first Add New Device), but as soon as it finished the setup, it now reads it as Mk3. It's weird to me that there seems to be no way to force (re-)install Mk3i software directly on the watch, for instance using Garmin Express.

Yes, I know the Air Integration should be there, which is why I am saying that it seems that I have Mk3 software instead of Mk3i. Does yours or anyone else's read as Mk3 in the apps or on the watch itself (when you start it)? Probably not, right?
