Subject: Custom Pre-recorded Messages for the MK3i?

Hi there!

I was wondering if there are any plans to allow users to customize the pre-recorded messages on the MK3i in the future?

In my case, the default messages aren’t very helpful for my needs, and being able to personalize them—for example, to communicate specific exercises or biology-related terms—could be a real game changer.

It doesn't seem too complex to implement this feature via the app and sync it with the MK3i.

What do you think about this idea?

Right now, from my understanding, the messages are universal. When you send an underwater message to another Garmin MK3i, you aren’t sending an actual message. Instead, the watch is telling the other watch…

Right now, from my understanding, the messages are universal. When you send an underwater message to another Garmin MK3i, you aren’t sending an actual message. Instead, the watch is telling the other watch to display “stored message number X”

As you can see, this presents a problem in sending a customized message because the recipient isn’t receiving a message in the first place.
