Garmin Descent Mk3i error - SAC/RMV/ATR Not Included. ?

I am getting this message on the watch when I try to add SAC

SAC/RMV/ATR. Not Included

I've read through the literature on this site. 

I had abandoned this last year but figured I would give it one more try before selling the Garmin and adding a tranceiver to my Perdix.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

    I would recommend checking your transmitter settings. This can be caused by your tank is set to "Another Diver". If you change this to "My Tank", this may resolve the issue.…

  • Is this a T1 transmitter? Because mine also has a "Set Transmit Power" setting but it's for a T2. Have you tried removing the transmitter completely and adding it again?

    Is the transmitter on when you are trying to adjust this? That would cause this issue.  

    Power Transmitter on: On the transceiver twist the battery cover counter-clockwise 270 degrees, wait 30 seconds, then twist the battery cover clockwise until it is secure. The transceiver will play a tone when it wakes from low power mode and is now ready to pair with your compatible dive computer. 
    NOTE: The transceiver will remain awake for two minutes before returning to low power mode.

    Why Is My SAC/RMV/ATR Not Included After Pairing?

    There may be times after you pair a transceiver that the SAC/RMV/ATR setting says “Not Included.” To receive SAC/RMV/ATR data, you can adjust the settings for your transceiver. See the steps below on how to change this setting.

    1. Access Dive Setup.
      • Watches: Hold UP/MENU button from the watch face, then select Dive Setup.
      • Dive Computers: Select Dive Setup from the main screen.
    2. Select Dive Network & Air Integration.
    3. Select Transmitters.
    4. Select the transmitter that is showing SAC/RMV/ATR as Not Included.
    5. Select Placement.
    6. Select My Tank.

    SAC/RMV/ATR will now say “Included” and allow you to toggle that off or on. If you have a transceiver set to My Tank for multiple dive computers, the SAC/RMV/ATR will be visible on each dive computer. Pairing a Descent Transceiver with a Compatible Dive Computer

    However, It may just be easier to unpair and repair it back. Then once you reconnect it have them select "my tank" then "include" for SAC
