Pool apnea training

Hello,

I own an MK3i for diving but I also do swimming pool apnea.

I can't find an activity to record my training, I find an "Apnea" activity buy it seems to work only for vertical apnea (the swimming pool training is horizontal, low depth).

anyone can help ?

There's a new update out for the Mk3i that now adds pool apnea version 19.49

The best thing is for Garmin to work on a real STA and DYN mode. We need to improve training etc

Hello, there is currently no application for the DYN and STA. From memory there is an application on the store but it's not perfect.

Garmin does not allow diving and freediving apps in the Connect IQ store, but there are some available for side loading. Have a look for example at https://www.apnea.me/

I love the Apnea DYN/CWT apps and have used them on my older Fenix watches. However these apps are not yet supported on Descent MK3.

Sounds exactly like what was missing, and very likely they add it to the Mk3i.
