Ok, maybe not actually a question about mk3, but since mk3 is what i have, here we go.
So, 3-4 times a week i do some kind of land training (except for freediving activity including swimming).
Most of the times i do fast pacing walking, not occasional walking. Actual zone 2 training (most of the session and some times a little bit higher). Like 6.5-7 km/hour speed for 4-7km distance.
And maybe one time/week i am running.
Would you say that it's better to use the WALKING activity or the RUNNING activity when i am doing the walking ?
I mean better for my metrics(vo2,etc) ?
