Will MK3 receive new Fenix 8 interface?

Do we know if Garmin plans to implement the new interface found on the newly announced Fenix 8 and other watches back down to the MK3 series? I don't mean just thr watch face, but rather the entire UI update. Thanks.

For the fenix/epix range, the UI will not be ported.

Thanks for your answer, but this isn't very clear. Will they update the MK3 series to the new interface or not? As of now, the MK3 is based off the Epix Pro Gen 2. Does your answer mean they won't?

I wish this were an option. I really like the new fenix ui, but much prefer the aesthetics of the descent mk3i
