Blue Triangle MK3i ver 16.25

Mk3i updated to 16.25,will not power on pass the blue triangle. Can connect via usb to garmin express and sync’s ok.

Is there a button press procedure for this watch, the mk2i was hold light button up to 15 sec to power off then hold light button press hold Start and then back button until first beep release start and wait to release back button on second beep.

there is for sure, if it is not the mk2 combination search for mk3 version on garmin or contact support.

but i remember the combination for mk2 being a hit or miss, one time i spent 30 min to make it work…

What did they say caused the issue? my watch worked fine until the battery ran out now at home trying to charge it and it’s in the blue triangle of death screen.

It would be nice to know what caused it, support setup the return/exchange (7-10 days)

I’ll inquire tomorrow when I speak with support about the issue and if they have any comments I’ll post them. I’m pretty worried that I’ve only had the watch for less than three weeks and there is already an issue. At least a little relief hearing they took care of yours relatively quickly. I leave for Thailand to dive soon, so hoping this is all resolved before I go.
