Sleep mode can't stopped before schedule ends

I have a sleep schedule from 1:00 to 7:00. One day I have an early flight to catch so I get up around 5:00. I manually exited the sleep mode from control menus. At first it seems to exited. But after some time, maybe 5-10 minutes, the watch went back to sleep mode again. I had to manually exit for second time, but it went back to sleep mode again! Again and again until I gave up and just waited for 7:00.

Is this force going back to sleep mode a designed behavior? Or it's just a bug?

If the watch does not detect that you woke up automatically, you can end the sleep mode by pressing the GPS button. You will then be prompted whether you want to end the sleep.

What do you mean the GPS button, is that the start/stop button?

Yes, on MK3 it is called Start-Stop

Works fine for me, doesn't matter I was woke up by alarm or on my own.
I see morning report and sleep mode automatically turning off.

There is an option to set a short cut (button long press) to toggle sleep mode. This is one I use regularly. Sometimes it switches back to sleep mode but no problem with short cut

The morning report is only available 30mins before sleep mode ends.

Yeah, I have the same shortcut.

Still, the watch shouldn't switch back to sleep mode once it's turned off until the next sleep cycle.

I had a similar experience. I fell asleep for an hour before my night duty at midnight. When I woke up, I realized I couldn't turn off the sleeping mode. I kept pressing the stop/start button repeatedly, but it didn't work. Later, I restarted the watch, and then I could enter by pressing the start button into the activities mode.

You can assign toggle sleep mode to a short cut. No need to enter activity menu. I use left top+right bottom long press.

It still happens the watch goes back sleeping. Then I use it again.

No, no, I might have explained it incorrectly. My watch triggers sleep mode automatically as soon as I stop moving and fall asleep. However, when I woke up, I decided to go for a quick meditation session, but I couldn't because as soon as I tried to enter activity mode, the watch offered me the option "Would you like to end sleeping? Yes or no." Of course, I was awake anyway and wanted to engage in activity, but no matter how many times I pressed "end sleeping," nothing happened. Then I decided to restart, and after that, I could only engage in activity in the activities section.

It's complicated to explain... Long story short, I couldn't exit sleep mode by pressing the "end" option. I have a screenshot and a small video, but I don't know how to upload them here. If necessary, I can upload them to the cloud and share the link.
