the memory is full and cannot be updated?

Does anyone know which folder the official built-in watch face files of MK3I are in?


I found that many official watch faces are duplicated and cannot be deleted. Even if they are deleted, they will continue to appear.


And I seem to have found a problem?The total number of official watch faces plus third-party watch faces are too large, which will affect the MK3I update application?

Yesterday, I found that after connecting MK3I to garmin express, it prompted me that the memory was full and I could not update the APP garmin connect store on the watch. So I had to remove some of the third-party watch faces before I could update the application updates prompted normally.


So the memory of MK3i is very small? The 10 or more third-party watch face files are actually not very big, and they are not running at the same time.


Can anyone explain it?  many thanks!

    Second, use ConnectIQ app to delete unused watch faces and apps.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with a memory full error. In general it would take a number of watch faces to cause the memory to be full. Initially I would recommend removing the 3rd party watch faces. I would also recommend completing a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. Check to see if these were the cause of the memory issue. You can then test one watch face at a time, to identify which is causing the memory concern. 

    You can manually delete files from the watch, such as Activities. Menu, History, Options, Delete All Activities.
