My Descent Mk3i is mostly working well, but I’ve not been able to add it as a device via Garmin Express on my Mac. I’ve not had such issues with Epix, Fenix, or Edge. I’ve tried a second Mac and it also couldn’t connect. The device shows that it is charging, with just the top of the screen showing me charging data. I once, but only just once, had it show on the full screen, similar to what the Epix does, but even then Garmin Express could not find it. I’ve tried various USB ports. The only thing I have not tried is buying another cable to try. Before I do so, does anyone have recommendations? It’s not a major problem, but doing map updates directly from the watch is painfully slow. Thanks in advance.
