Anyone able to get Face it to work?

Same issue here mk3i 51mm [Firmware 15.58]

1. Deleted and installed App didn't work.

2. Connected Garmin Express didn't work.

Did you install Connect IQ?  This worked for me. 

The screenshot is from Connect IQ. So where you suggest to install Connect IQ?

Ok...I didn't read carefully.  The other issiue I had was when having multiple garmin watches, I had to select the watch that was connected to both garmin connect and connect IQ, otherwise, FaceIt would time out. Sometimes I had to reboot both my watch and phone to get it to work.

FaceIt times out for me as well, and I have only the 51mm Mk3i -- no other watch or Garmin device.

Rebooting doesn't fix it for me either, but I'll keep trying different things and update here.

same here, tried all means (reinstall apps, reset watch and upgrade firmware to the latest etc...) doesn't work.

It is my understanding that the Connect IQ content is not created or controlled/updated by Garmin. I have had other CIQ apps and it has caused my watch to function wonky. The majority of them have no issues but there are some out there. I used this on my vivoactive 4 a couple of years ago and did not have any problems with it... that was a bit ago. 

Understandable, but FaceIt is made by Garmin and isn't a separate app. Even on the Descent website, it says that it should work to be able to 'create your own watchface using your own photos', but it doesn't even recognize the watch to be able to do that.
