Descent Mk2 "Battery Saver" Bug.

I recently did an update on my Decent Mk2 to Software Version 16.30 (a266687).
I found that the Battery Saver switches off automatically after while.
I also found that Battery Saver switches off when I access my Activities list, not selecting any activity though.
This is a really annoying new "feature" that eats my watch's battery life unnecessarily.
With the old firmware feature Battery Saver would stay on unless I activated an Activity , then restored Battery Saver to "on" upon exiting Activity.
Is there a fix on the way or is there a way for me to load up a previous Firmware version?

Someone from Garmin reached out to me with instructions on how to possibly get rid of the issue via Updating to an even newer Firmware and doing a complete reset. Didn't fix the isse and the watch was…

For me it does the opposite. If I’m in battery saver mode as per the schedule, then I switch it off because for example I need to connect the watch to the phone, if I go to the activity list and then come back, battery saver mode automatically restores by itself. This is pretty annoying too.

In the release notes there is mention of a battery saver fix. After the release has reached 100% and your watch is updated, if you continue to have a Battery Saver issue, please update this thread again. Thank you!

is very funny that they still don’t fix that simple bug. owner of epix,Fenix and enduro and still the same bug.
