Fast battery drain after update to v12.30

Hello,

Before the update my MK2i did as it was promised regarding battery life which was 16 days, but i've recently updated my watch/computer to v12.30 and now the battery drains in 4 days while when the watch is fully charged it still states it will last 16 days.

Is there a way i can rectify this as i did not change any settings on the watch.

or is there a way i can analyze what is using inordinate amounts of power.

I have the same issue, its much worse re battery than i was getting before, 26 days as watch alone with most things shut down thats now down to 16 on same settings worse with activities, battery drain is roughly 8% a day prev 2.5%-5%

I have noticed similar behaviour, losing 15% just overnight whilst sleeping.

Update, charged to 100% this morning at 11:00, 11 hours later I’m down to 75% and have not tracked any activities today so at this rate I’m going to get 2 days maximum out of a full charge, not good

Now a new feature has appeared, my MK2i does not charge for more than 51%. Even though I've had it on charge for the whole night. This is the 2nd time charging a full night where it only charged till half full.

Problem has been solved. Preciously I've charged my descent using 2 different wall socket usb chargers. When I arri ed at home I charged the descent using a USB port of my laptop. This made my descent update my maps because garmin express was installed. Also it charged till 100% this solved the fast battery drain.

Now updated my watch till 14.10 and no problems so far.
