App/watch for open water swimming with depth meter

Hello,

I have 3 main activities : hiking, open sea swimming and free diving. IS there a watch or app to install in watch that can do a open sea swimming (distance, time, calories... I don't really need swolf and stuff like that because I swimm with a monofin and all those indications don not work for monifin swimming) and also indicates a depth meter (and diivng time would also be great) ? Because when one do open sea swimming with fins, one often also dive a bit...

Sure, I believe you, as long as the watch gets above the surface periodically, then you can have a GPS track without problems, but then there will be no problem even if using a CIQ app either. It will get the same track, especially if you use just a depth Data Field type app. CIQ apps do not calculate the position, they just read it from the API. And a Data Field app is just adding an additional value (and optionally also a graph) to the results, and in no way influences the track or anything else in the underlaying activity. So if you use OW Swimming and have good results with it, you will have exactly the same results even if you add a CIQ Data Field app with the depth value.
