Marq with SW release 26 problems with BT connection

It seems that with release 26 the BT connection with Marq and my iPhone does only work when the Marq app menue (red button) is open. So BT connection is on when I switch to app menue and is closed when I switch back to the watch display.

Is this a bug or a feature?

  • I am sorry you have the issue. I believe your watch has gone sideways due to the length of time the v26.00 update has been in release along with no other reports worldwide in the last 7 months since the v26.00 release that match your watch's strange behavior.

    Please try the following:

    - Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

    If the behavior continues, try a full reset to defaults.

    many thanks for your support. I found the problem. First I'did not check the release date of SW 26. Second the behavior I mentioned was based on the configuration "power save mode". 

    Problem was the user but not the watch. Sorry about that.
