I have an issue Garmin - Marq replacement.

I recently have an issue with Bluetooth which causes me to reset the watch multiple times per day.  I have been in a chat with Garmin support and they have asked that I send it to them for about 10-12 days.  I know that they have an option for a quick replacement but they would not do that for me.  I would rather not go without the watch and data for that long. Apple has an option for quick replacement.   I am so disappointed and frustrated by this as I paid a premium price for this watch I would expect premium service.  Any suggestions?
