Marq Golfer - Club Prompt not working

Just got the watch and cannot get the Club Prompt to appear. I start a round on the watch and have the golf app open on my phone. Played several rounds so far and not once have I been prompted. Any suggestions? Apps up to date. Watch has been updated.

On your watch:

Hold [menu] (up button left side watch, middle one)

Select [activities & apps]

Select [Golf]

Select [Golf Settings]

Select [Club Prompt] and set to ON (start button to toggle On/Off)
