Between 3 and 6 the main dots have fallen out...

Hi I also have problems not with white dots but with written letters. My watch is 9 months old and I use it a lot. I have a Rolex also with painted letters but it still keeps the letters eventhough it is 45 years old. Is it normal that letters loose their color?

Garmin did send me a new watch, and supported me nicely in transferring the settings and maps. Happy! It took a while (may be due to Covid-19) but good service Garmin.

The inlay in any of the bezels in our MARQ series watches should not be coming out. It can be damaged and the appearance can change but if the inlay 'falls out' (for lack of a better description) then please do not hesitate to reach out to your region's Outdoor Product Support so we can warranty replace your MARQ.

Hello Chris, I have now sent my watch to Garmin and they agreed just like you said to replace it. Thank you! I have a question for you. On the Danish Garmin website the bezel is described as titanium material. Before I think the bezel was described as ceramic material. Has Garmin changed bezel material of the watch? Rgds Anders

The bezel is titanium/ceramic. Meaning the ceramic aspect is what you are seeing on top of the titanium base.
