"Battery Saver" mode consume a lot of battery

I have experienced with abnormal battery drain.(1-1.2% per hour) with everything at default setting and No activity.

I tried turn on Batter Saver mode. The batter still down at 0.8-1% per hour.

I have factory reset. but the issue still the same.

I think in Battery Saver, the battery should last 30-40 days. Not in my case :(
