Can not upgrde to 12.20

My watch was still in the 11.10,I've use garmin express for mac to upgrade my watch ,but it can not upgrade to 12.20.

I can see the 12.20 version in the garmin express for mac.

APAC watches run slightly ahead or slightly behind currently released software versions due to having unique software throughout SE Asia to display different languages.
