Gesture backlight 12.20

Gesture for backlight on 12.20 seem to have stopped working for me. I’ve tried soft resetting and enabling it on all profiles, but no dice..

Anyone got any tips?

Athlete. Worked with support over the phone and could not resolve the issue.

Did you ever get this fixed somehow? Even pressing the buttons does not turn on the back light for me now.

Spoke to support and replaced device. Under warranty
