marq aviator can not sync sleep data with app ASAP and the SpO2 data was lost.

If I did not reboot the watch ,the sleep data will not sync to the garmin connect app as soon as possible. The data will be sync in about 4 hours after I wake up.

The SpO2 data was lost for a whole day,and after I reboot the watch, the SpO2 data was still not found.

The marq aviator was upgrade to the latest version.

  • My experience with the Aviator is that sleep metrics are available on the watch immediately after your designated end-of-sleep time.  It will not appear in Connect (mobile or web site) until the watch sync's with Connect.  If you restart the watch for some reason before that sync then the metrics (in my case) will be lost.  I routinely sync early in the morning.  I elect not to connect to WiFi, but I do use BT to an Android device.

  • If you restart the watch for some reason before that sync then the metrics (in my case) will be lost.

If you do a power cycle only no data is lost. If you do a hard reset (press and hold top left until power down) you lose all unsynched data - sleep, steps etc. A factory reset loses all user settings and data.

  • The data was stored in the watch ,but did not sync to the app in the iphone.

  • I've solved the problem.I end the sleep in the watch, then the data will sync to the app.

  • What you’ve done might be a solution but it’s not the solution. The watch should automatically end the sleep shortly after you wake up and begin moving around. If it isn’t doing that then you need to find out why. Once stopped the sleep will then sync to your smartphone.

  • I think so.I hope the developer could solved the problem instead of me.
