Marq Athlete lost training status, how to reactivate?

  1. My Marq hasn't shown the training status for over a month, although I have trained with the heart rate chest strap every time since. Heart rate data is available for the entire trainings, without any dropouts. Who has an idea how to reactivate training status?

Thanks and best regards

    hi,

    • powerdown the watch by press and hold light button until the screen goes dark
    • restart the watch
    • when this does not help in time
    • do at least two outside activities with GPS
    • or do two indoor trainer rides with power

    happy & safe sporting

  • What activities have you done and how often?

I recognized that Marq looses from time to time the signal of the heart rate chest strap and switches to optical heart rate measjurement on the wrist: If I deactivate the optical heart rate measurement the Marq gets some date from the chest strap interrupted from blackouts. I checked several heart rate chest straps (Garmin HRM run, Polar H7,...) without any success. It seems that the problems started with a software update of the Marq, but upgrading to versio 10.0 did not solve the problem....
