Ever since I've had my MARQ athlete my runs have not been recorded. How do I manually search for/connect to GPS at the start of a run. Should I be receiving a notification or signal that the watch has connected to GPS BEFORE I start the run? What does this notification look like?
How do I ensure GPS is connected for my runs?
Any help much appreciated.

The manual doesn't seem to help much here. The way you can tell you have a GPS lock is by the coloured curved line at the top of the screen when you open an activity app, but before you press Start to start recording the activity. If you are never getting the green curve/line in step 4 (after a few minutes outside in the open with a clear view of the sky), then it might be worth contacting Garmin Customer Support in your country/region.
