Scratches on MARQ Expedition

Hello,

I recently bought a Marq Expedition and have the following experiences.

Expected it be scratch resistance on the Bezel. - Based on the titanium material used, I was expecting it to be scratch resistance, but proven wrong. Did anyone has the same experience with the expedition. I would have expected them to use some kind of SR coating, so it cannot be scratched.
My Bluetooth connection is very intermittent with my Iphone. I never had this problem with my other smart watch. I have to turn off/on the BT to make it work or connect.

Especially paying high $$$, i would expect it to look pristine even after a certain use and have a solid BT connection. Please share your opinion. Thank you.

I haven't noticed any scratches on mine though. For the bluetooth problem you will probably need to mention you phone type (android, iphone) and the software version on your watch for anyone to be able to help you.

is not the same as scratch proof. Anything, even with a scratch resistant coating can be scratched. I do not believe it is possible to make anything scratch proof.

My Bluetooth on Android has been rock solid.

About the scratches, it's Titanium, it will scratch. There is nothing Garmin or anyone else can do to stop this. You need to buy one of the watches with ceramic bezel like the aviator, it won't scratch. After wearing watches for many years, it's not about the material, it's about how you wear it. I wear my marq driver everyday, even during construction projects, gardening, light auto repairs, etc. Still looks nearly new.

The Expedition has a bezel made from titanium grade 2 which unfortunately can easily be scratched.

Aviator or Captain has ceramic bezel which remains glossy and is much more resistant to scratches.
