Also, for Titanium scratches, see this article
Garmin produces watches that offer titanium options in the band, bezel, and/or case material, either uncoated or with a diamond like carbon (DLC) coating. Unless specified on the watch or watch band product page as DLC, the titanium is considered uncoated or bare. While titanium is very durable, it is softer than stainless, and over time it will scratch and scuff more easily. Bands and watches that are listed with DLC coating will show less wear and tear over time than uncoated titanium. Caring for scratches and blemishes between uncoated and DLC coated bands and watches vary. Use the recommended guidelines below to care for your titanium watch.
Scratches and scuffs will eventually create a relatively uniform and even personalized character that many people like. If it is not desired, it would be recommended to take the device to a jeweler, or jewelry repair shop where they may be able to refinish, or restore the metal to a like new appearance.
If a jeweler cannot be located to refinish the metal, there are various methods found online describing how to remove the scratches and scuffs from the titanium; however, Garmin does not offer instructions for this, and does not recommend any specific method over any other. Please note that if you do attempt to repair the scratches yourself, avoid using any harsh chemical cleaners as they can damage the watch.
Garmin's diamond like carbon coating is designed to keep your watch looking great while enjoying your passion, be it hiking, mountain biking, racing, or just every day use. While more resistant to scratches and scuffs than uncoated, scratches and wear may still occur over time. Garmin does not recommend any attempt to repair the finish, even if taken to a jeweler. Any type of repair will most likely strip the DLC coating and colored finish.
Just use soap while in the shower. Like dove body soap. Strips all the oils and dirt, looks and feels brand new after.
