Hybrid Metal Bracelet release date

They've been available in the UK for some time now. Perhaps try a watch dealer as I think Garmin are encouraging people to buy via them?

Got mine somewhere in January in Germany, send by Garmin UK. Looking nice, but dislike the fact that it scratches quite easily.

Does this strap also scratches very easily? (I have the Marq Aviator with the titanium strap and it super prone for scratches).

yes, it scratches extreme fast. I tried to show that with pictures too, it is only a month on my wrist and already has lots of them. I returned the black (and red) bracelet because of this knowledge.

Titanium is incredibly hard, much more so than stainless steel - and lighter. Unfortunately, it forms a darker oxide and not only does that scratch more easily but also it's more noticeable when it does.  Some manufacturer's treat the exterior, like a glazing where you pre-oxidise the outside.  It's not really titanium then, however, or at least you can't see the true titanium. I don't know if that's what they've done with the black bracelet, which means it may not necessarily scratch as badly as this one? Did you send it back before you found out? 

I've got an Omega Seamaster (which is stainless steel) and the clasp on that is far more scratched than your watch.  It's just something you have to accept if you wear the watch a lot (or even a little); I tell myself that this is primarily a sports watch and the scratches are a reminder of that.  After a while the scratches build up and it looks slightly better.
