Best way to report bugs to Garmin?

I love the Garmin products but unfortunately there are regularly bugs which are very frustrating.

I have met very often bugs, sometimes critical which lead me to report them to the support team. But here too, it was not nice. The support team, instead of recording the issue and reporting it to the dev team for correction, just replied with stock answers: reboot the watch, reset the watch!, uninstall Garmin Connect iOS app, and may be the worst of all buy a new Garmin Running Dynamics Pod (it was actually an issue of the new sensor hub firmware as I told them...).

Currently there is a bug in iOS Connect, Cardio activities do not show up Training effects & load anymore and it has been there for more than 1 month. Last update didn't change anything.

So, my question now is how can the flow from advanced users to developers be improved and what would be then the best way to report bugs?

    All you can do is post it again, post it here and .... be patient. Very patient ... Stuck out tongue winking eye

    Contacting local support is (in Germany) quite often useless.

    And contact Garmin Support. Well understood that support seems to vary by country but you have to keep trying. Perhaps go direct to Garmin USA?

    Moreover, the actual version was a candidate release and they asked to send feedback about it. 

    So... send e-mail about bugs and finger crossed. More people send e-mail about the same bug more probability will be to have the bug solve. 

    I am following this way and they asked me about more details about the issue so I think that could works!
