Load Focus // Training Load Balance Video

There was a really useful post by HermanB from Firstbeat across on the Fenix 6 forum, that may directly be of interest to MARQ owners too. Thanks. I can also recommend the white papers published by Firstbeat for further details. I have been using Firstbeat metrics since I first got the in a Suunto watch. Quite useful, to balance sessions across multiple sports and activities.
