Komoot problem on MARQ watches

Since weeks (!) the Komoot app does not work on MARQ (and others) watches.

Garmin is blaming Komoot - Komoot is blaming Garmin.

Gentleman we are your customers why must it take that long to find our what is wrong and get it solved?!

  • it's unfortunate but when Garmin changes things it sometimes impacts on third party apps. Garmin have no responsibility there. It really is up to the developer of the third party app to update it to work with changes that Garmin make.

  • That is only half the truth ...of course they have to look into it.

    But it wouldn't be the first time Garmin put in mistakes in the software that are not obviously visible using the standard (build in apps) - but still something wrong with the firmware.  

    Anyway - there should be a way for both companies to talk and repair - as for both we are paying customers!

  • So it is working again on the Beta 6.75 - it obviously was no Komoot problem as there was no change there. Thank you Garmin for that.
