Issue with Airpods Pro

I tested two different pairs today and both of them make a very unpleasant cracking/popping sound in the right ear every 10-15 seconds. It's quite unpleasant and not something I could tolerate on a run or workout. Anyone experiencing this issue?

Update. The issue seems to have resolved itself with the most recent firmware update. Just listened to 10 minutes of a podcast through the Marq without any issues. Confirmed they also work fine with the…

Is this happening just with the AirPods connecting to your Marq? What is the sound like when connected with something else?

At least with 1st gen AirPods my Marq works very well

No issues with any other devices (iphone, macbook, imac pro). Will try with my wife’s fenix 6s pro later today. I don’t have this issue with original airpods or other headphones.
