Stress widget issues since 5.20 upgrade

Since the update to 5.2 I have issues with the stress widget, where it shows a blocky appearance, like limited/stuck at 25 (not always, but it clearly shows a line which it never did before)

anyone else have this?

    Yes, same here. And it coincides with the upgrade to 5.20.

    Same here. I see the same pattern since the upgrade to 5.20.

    Second that. Stress gone square. I'm also seeing a fair amount of dropouts in stress reporting. But this might be due to wrist movement (the watch is on my right, quasi-dominant hand)

    Seems like a proper issue then which means it will be looked at and solved!

    BTW this is about the only issue I have with the watch (the sync failure is definitely linked to GCM/iOS13), so personally I am quite happy with the watch, it just works otherwise!

    I tried to locate an email address for contacting support about this issue rather than just complaining here, but couldn't find one (only chat and phone, not email)

    Does anyone know the correct email address to report issues like this?

    Everyone, the Garmin Beta email address is for those users that are on the Beta software. The email address goes directly to the team working with the Beta software. If you have a production / full release of software like we do here, then it is best to reach out to the Garmin Support teams. 

    On the subject of the Stress Widget plateauing at 25 like seen in the picture above, this is something we want to look at.  For us to look into this more, can you either reach out to the Garmin Support teams directly or answer the following questions below:

    • Can you explain this issue from your viewpoint?
    • When did you first see this happen?
    • Can you confirm which software you currently on?
    • Can we, at Garmin, have your permission to view your Garmin Connect account so we can look at your Stress data and anything else that might be causing this?
    • Can we contact you directly via the email address that you have attached to your forum account if we have any questions?

    Hi 

    • Can you explain this issue from your viewpoint? As above, Stress widget shows a rectangular-ish view, seemingly stuck/plateauing on around a 25 value (see screenshots above). It could be that it defaults to 25 if it can’t read a value (the graphs appear to have less empty slots than before)
    • When did you first see this happen? It coincided with the automatic upgrade of the watch to 5.20. More precisely it started on 17OCT2019 based on my recordings in GCM (iOS)
    • Can you confirm which software you currently on? 5.20
    • Can we, at Garmin, have your permission to view your Garmin Connect account so we can look at your Stress data and anything else that might be causing this? Yes of course
    • Can we contact you directly via the email address that you have attached to your forum account if we have any questions? Yes of course
