Garmin Support Chat

Hi All,

Does Garmin Support Chat work for anyone? I am trying to use it as wanted to chat with somebody from Garmin about a pending support ticket but it only opens a new chat window and displays this message:

I have waited for approx 20-25 mins, nothing happened. I have tried with Firefox, Chrome, Safari on Mac and Firefox, Chrome on Linux. No luck.

, , any suggestion? Commenting the ticket is not an alternative as it's slow and they are pretty much ignoring my comments/questions.
