MARQ Aviator Altitude Alert v4.10 issue

Since I've updated the device to v4.10 I have issues with Altitude Alert.

I normally have my altitude alert set to 10000 feet for the area I am flying and here is the issue I have ever since I have updated to 4.10

If I am not on the widget altitude the alert is not coming up for approaching altitude, I need to be on the widget screen in order for altitude to update with the rate of accent, if I am on my watchface screen it is not updating and I dont get the alert.

On descent however, I do get the Leaving Altitude alert if I am staying above the Alert Set altitude for time being. This was working just fine on previous version.

I am yet to try on the coming weekend to disable the glance widget view and switch back to old widget view style and see if this happens.

Issue can also (hopefully) be reproduced whilst driving and you set your altitude alert respectively.

This is really important and I hope if its SW issue to be resolved quickly.

I do sometimes feel that I nag about this but if you really want this to get to Garmin quickly then you need to contact Garmin Support and let them know directly.

This would be my next step, I however had positive outcomes with issues in the past here

Same is happening with v5.30
This is pretty annoying and makes the whole MARQ Aviator experience worthless
