No DEM elevation available since update to 4.1

Not sure if anyone else has seen this, but since the update to 4.1 I've been unable calibrate the altimeter using DEM information. I get the error message "No DEM elevation available." Coincidentally, during a race this morning my GPS track was completely out to lunch, and the lap pace was totally wrong. Not sure if all of these things are related. FWIW, I've tried doing all the soft reset, sync with GE, sync with the app things that normally might help fix this sort of thing.

jsj123psu It sounds like you need to use Garmin Install to reinstall your Topo Active maps on your MARQ since you aren't getting the elevation information that you should.

Garmin-Heath thanks for the reply. I have done what you suggested, and it seems to have fixed the issue. Do you know if the problem with the topo maps could have also caused a "wonky" GPS track and erratic lap pace that I experienced during a race yesterday?

jsj123psu Honestly, I'm not sure what is causing that issue yet, but I do know of the fix so if you see anyone else running into this issue, please let them know how to fix it.
