Reboot with assistance turned on

Hello,

i have turned on the assistance feature which sends out an sms/email to your emergency contacts when pressing/holding the backlight button

2 questions... how do I turn the assistance thing off again?

and, if it is turned on, how do you reboot the watch? The usual “hold backlight” now starts the assistance function... I can of course hold the button until the controls appear then say turn off, but that is not the same, correct?

If you keep holding the Light button down the Assistance Alert won’t actually activate and the watch will power off after about 20 seconds.

You can turn incident detection off for each activity type…

If you keep holding the Light button down the Assistance Alert won’t actually activate and the watch will power off after about 20 seconds.

You can turn incident detection off for each activity type by going to Menu>Safety & Tracking>Incident Detection, but I’ve never found any way to turn Assistance Alert (following the Light button press) off completely via the watch settings.
