MARQ Expedition - backlight stopeed working

Hey guys,

does anyone has a problem with backlight? On my expedition backlight button stopeed working couple of days ago. It actually stopped working about 2 weeks ago, I did a settings reset and it helped for some time, but then stopped working again.

I have a 3.4 software version. In settings:
during activity - keys on, alerts on, gesture on, timeout 4 sec, brightness 20%

not during activity - keys on, alerts on, gesture off, timeout 4 sec, brightness 20%

any button doesn't seem to bring backlight. Changing screen brightness doesn't seem to work either.

I'm not sure, maybe there is a setting that I need to change?

Actually noticed tonight that it is working, but it is so weak that you can't even see it... Even on a photo you won't be able to see it, as it can't capture it...

It may have a hardware problem I understand. Even if a button is not working, if auto backlight settings are on it should work according to the settings.

Art Pug Have you tried changing the brightness? 20% is not much.

Yeah, set it to100% both for during activity and not during activity... No help

It started working!

I have removed it from the phone and then tried to pair it again - but it didn't work. For couple of days it wasn't pairing to the phone (needles to say, that couple of days ago I have reseted the data and settings to default).

And yesterday I have just turned them off and turned them on - and both pairing and backlight started working again.
