Unable to calculate itinerary, not enough memory

Hi,

brand new Athlete watch:

While trying the navigate feature, based on manual coordinates i enter in the watch, the watch spins its wheel for a little while then i get an error message indicating the itinerary cannot be calculated because not enough memory. The coordinates are a block from my current location.

any help would be appreciated, thanks

I had the same problem.

I installed the last firmware and now it's ok for my Marq Expedition.

I think i have the latest one. It shows 2.3 and auto. Updates is enabled.

Indeed, thank you. I have installed Garmin Express and it showed a 3.1 update which i have installed.

What i don’t understand is why i have never been prompted for this update by Garmin Connect or over the air (wi-fi). On my Fenix 3 HR, all my updates were done direct from the watch with wi-fi whereas with the MARQ, it only showed up with Express.
