What problem are you having? I’m also having problems with my new Marq captain as it will not sync with connect any more even if I delete it and add it again. Called Garmin and they are now looking into log files. Wondering if there is a general issue with the Marq.
Just a quick update on my experience and the outcome of my complaint: I worked with Garmin to troubleshoot the problems I was experiencing and ended up getting a very!!! speedy replacement.
I am really impressed by the way this was handled by Garmin and my only recommendation to the company would be: pick your retail partners right...
Nope, no general issue with the MARQ in my opinion.
