Current issues

I have been in touch with Garmin support, who will, hopefully, be helping me resolve the below issues. I sent them a last summary email along the lines of:

I own a Huawei P30 Pro.

To sum things up, I am experiencing the following issues:

-Subpar Bluetooth music performance with the Jabra Elite 65t Active and another two pairs of wireless headphones; I couldn't help but notice that people on the FR945 boards aren't having the same issues

-Running dynamics issues with massive gaps in the data recorded

-Watch and phone refusing to communicate, only thing that fixes it is unpairing and pairing again- I've had to do this 3 times in less than a week!!!

Please urgently advise if it could be due to the watch being defective.

Now this is more like it! If only I could get some luck with Bluetooth connectivity.. I have now tried 4 different pairs and music just keeps getting cutting out.

Now this is more like it!

Good news that this is fixed (although still a pain you got a duff HRM Run unit first time). Not sure how to help with the Bluetooth headphone issues (other than my previous suggestion of other headphones that are known to work well in all conditions) as there are all sorts of factors at play there.
